Problems with mockingbirds
Mockingbirds are a medium-size songbird known for their vocal repertoires and mimicking abilities. Males often sit at the top of a tall tree and sing during breeding season, repeating up to several hundred phrases. They commonly sing at night. Mockingbirds feed mainly on the ground, eating insects and fruit.

Mockingbird singing at night

Male mockingbirds sing at night while they are trying to establish their territory and attract a mate. There is nothing that can be done to make him stop. Keep doors and windows closed to lessen the noise. Wear earplugs or run a fan or other source of "white noise."
