Animal keeper internship (ages 18+)
This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about husbandry for native animals in the museum's permanent collection of non-releasable birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians. This position requires 15 - 30 hours a week, including weekends. See posting on our jobs page.

Wildlife hospital internship (ages 18+)

This unpaid internship offers an unparalleled opportunity for hands-on experience with care and treatment of injured or orphaned native birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians and to help the public with wildlife questions. The job is intense, fast-paced and repetitive. This position requires 28 hours per week from April to September. See posting on our jobs page.
