Environmental Games in the Park
Reinforce your grade level science standards and burn off excess energy at the same time. This
1-hour staff-led program takes place in Larkey Park (adjacent to the museum) and can be scheduled before or after your museum visit or as a stand-alone program. Mt. View Sanitary District
This wetlands field trip experience is aligned with California's Science Content Standards for grades 3-5. The 4-hour program includes 3-4 hands-on stations with lots of hiking, observation and exploration. Classroom materials and guidelines for student writing exercises are also provided. Dow Wetlands Preserve Tour
Covering three quarters of the earth, water is important to all living things. Learn about our water resources, how animals use them and how to protect our wetland habitats. Become familiar with the plants and animals found in the wetlands and explore the watery habitat observing aquatic plants and animals. Activities complement California State Science Standards for grades 3-5. For additional information please contact the registrar or call 925-627-2913.

Two groups may tour concurrently.
