To reserve your tour date, contact the scout tour coordinator (925-627-2924). Confirmation of the reservation will be mailed to the scout leader. Scout leaders are responsible for ordering any badges earned through these programs from their scout councils.
Registration policy
Programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-week advance reservation and credit card information are required to reserve your program. Payment will be due upon tour arrival. Acknowledgements of reservation will be mailed to the Scout Leader. Be sure to include your scout group type (Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Tiger, Cub, Webelo, etc.)
Please check-in at the museum admission desk 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. |

Cancellation policy
There will be a $10 service fee for any date changes or cancellations up to two weeks prior to the tour date. Changes made less than two weeks prior to the tour will be charged a $25 service fee. Missed tours will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file. |
